The user will lose his/her selected user name if it has not been used for any of GESUGA’s contents for six months, existing the possibility of it being selected by a new user.

In any case, whatever the cause may be, GESUGA will not assume any responsibility be it by direct or indirect damages, emerging damage and ceasing profit. GESUGA will have the right, with no compensation at all to the users for these concepts, to temporarily suspend services and contents of the web site in order to carry out maintenance operations, improvement or reparations.
